Connecting a Calendar is Optional
Events on a connected calendar become time off in WPO. You can connect only one calendar at a time.
Choose a Calendar Provider
- Google Calendar Google Workspace or a personal Gmail account Connected Disconnect
- Microsoft Outlook Microsoft 365 or an Outlook.com account Not connected Connect
- Apple Calendar An iCloud calendar over CalDAV Not connected Connect
Privacy and Permissions
- Read-Only AccessWPO reads event times, never event details or attendees.
- Always on
- Event Title PrivacyEvent names are never stored and never shown to WPO staff.
